Customer Service

Shipping – Any of the major shipping carriers may be used at any time. We tend to select the method that is the most economical in an effort to keep our prices low. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided. Typically, transit times are between 3-7 business days after shipment. We are extremely conscious about packing our products. However, if an item is damaged in transit we ask that you reach out to us so we can get a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

Processing Custom orders are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks of the order date.

Where do you ship – We ship to the contiguous United States. If you are outside of the lower 48 states and wish to place an order please email us and we will provide you with a quote to ship the items of your request.

Can I cancel my order? – You bet! As long as we don’t have your item packaged or personalized you can submit your cancellation request.

Returns & Refunds – If you need to make a return, we understand. You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We ask that the returned item is in the same condition as it was received in and in the same packaging materials. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate the refund. The refund will be for the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.  Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. If a mistake has been made please email us as soon as possible so we can address the situation.

Handcrafted Items – Many items we offer are handcrafted from start to finish. The wood we use may have knots, grains, and other imperfections. These characteristics are common as each piece of wood is different. Wood absorbs stain and paint differently which means no two pieces we make will look exactly alike.
